Bret Fitzpatrick, a wealthy real estate investor located in New York, is caught between reality and the supernatural. On a mission to evict a non- paying tenant he encounters forces of evil he is unprepared for. In a desolate house he crosses paths with souls that are trapped in their bodies in purgatory, a place that will not let go of them for the terrible things they perpetrated during their lifetime on earth.
